Orders & delivery
How fast are orders delivered?
Most services start within 0 to 30 minutes. Views and impressions are usually instant. Followers and subscribers can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day depending on the service. Each service shows its average delivery time in the catalog.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Each service sets its own minimum (typically 100). You'll see it on the order form, and we'll reject any order below the minimum so you don't waste credits.
Can I order for someone else's profile?
Yes. We never ask for passwords or access. Just paste the public link to the post or profile and we handle the rest.
What if my order gets stuck?
Orders that stay in pending for more than 10 minutes are flagged automatically and we either retry or refund. You'll get a notification in your dashboard either way.
Will I get banned for using this?
No. We use real engagement networks, not bots. Orders are paced and distributed to look natural. We've been operating this model for years with zero account-action reports.
Payments & refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
USDC on Base or Polygon networks, plus manual deposit for verified accounts. Stripe and PayPal are coming soon. To deposit, go to your dashboard, click Deposit, and follow the on-screen instructions.
How long do deposits take to confirm?
Crypto deposits confirm as soon as the network reaches finality (usually under 5 minutes on Base). After that, an admin verifies and credits your balance. Manual deposits clear within a few hours.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Yes. Open a support ticket from your dashboard requesting a withdrawal. We pay back to the same crypto address you deposited from, minus network fees.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Three scenarios: (1) failed orders refund instantly to your balance, (2) cancelled orders refund automatically as soon as the provider confirms, (3) stuck orders auto-refund after 10 minutes. You don't have to ask.
Account & security
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes, before placing your first order. Verification emails are sent automatically when you register. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 minutes.
Is my data safe?
We store the bare minimum: email, password (bcrypt hashed), and order history. We never share data with third parties. We never log your tweet or profile content. We never see your social passwords.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open a ticket and we'll wipe everything within 24 hours. Your remaining balance will be returned first.
API & automation
Is there an API?
Yes. REST API with full CRUD on orders, services, and balance lookups. See /api-docs for the full reference. Generate your API key from the dashboard.
How many API keys can I create?
One per account. Delete your existing key from the dashboard if you need to rotate it.
Are there rate limits?
Yes. 60 requests per minute per API key. If you need a higher limit for an integration, open a ticket and tell us your use case.
Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Every account gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up with your link and makes a deposit, you earn 2% commission credited directly to your balance - for life. Find your link in the Referrals tab of your dashboard.
Is the commission a one-time or recurring payout?
Recurring. You earn 2% on every deposit your referrals ever make, not just the first.
