Terms of Service - SMM Growth Now

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order on SMM Growth Now (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You may not share your account or transfer it to anyone else.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before placing your first order.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Order engagement for content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the target platform's terms.
Order engagement for content that promotes hate, violence, child exploitation, or illegal activity.
Order engagement for accounts that you do not own or have explicit permission to promote.
Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or organization.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass any part of the Service.
Resell our services without an explicit reseller agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice and without refund.

5. Payments and refunds

All prices are in US dollars. Deposits are processed via cryptocurrency (USDC on Base or Polygon) or admin credit. Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are added to your account balance and may only be used to purchase services.

Refunds: orders that fail at the provider level are refunded automatically to your account balance. Orders that are partially delivered are refunded proportionally for the undelivered portion. Cancelled orders refund in full once the provider reports the cancellation.

Withdrawals: account balances are non-refundable to the original payment method by default. To withdraw, open a support ticket. Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit address minus network fees and may take up to 7 business days.

6. Service delivery

Estimated delivery times shown on each service are not guarantees. Delivery speed depends on the upstream provider, the platform you're targeting, and current network load. We are not liable for delays caused by upstream providers or by the target platform.

We do not guarantee that engagement will result in any specific outcome (followers gained, sales generated, ranking improved, etc.). The Service provides social engagement, not business results.

7. Prohibited targets

You may NOT order our services for:

Government accounts, news organizations, or politicians
Accounts of minors (under 18)
Accounts impersonating real people without consent
Adult/explicit content that violates platform rules
Content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SMM Growth Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the past 30 days.

9. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we believe is harmful to the Service or other users. Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining balance unless we determine otherwise at our sole discretion.

10. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance. We will respond to legitimate disputes within 48 hours. Always open a ticket first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a banner in your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
